Nicole Hilton

An active sports person and tramper Nicole was drawn to osteopathy after experiencing good results from osteopathic treatment. Originally from Northland Nicole trained at Unitec in Auckland.

Nicole enjoys treating a wide range of patients including infants [for symptoms such as ear infections and reflux], expectant mothers, adults  and children, taking a common sense approach to getting people back to health.

She has a special interest in working with sports people treating complaints such as ankle, knee and hip sprains and strains; overuse syndromes such as tendonitis, shin splints and tennis elbow.

She also enjoys working with patients with chronic pain as a result of osteo-athritis and finds much of the pain arthritic patients experience can be improved and managed with osteopathic treatment.

Nicole also holds a Diploma in Naturopathic medicine and can incorporate some dietary advice with treatment where necessary.
